1. Our role

We provide application assistance: form-filling guidance, document collection and verification, submission support on official portals, status tracking and follow-up. We are not a government authority and do not issue government documents. By using the platform you acknowledge this, as described in our Disclaimer.

2. Eligibility & accurate information

You must be at least 18 years old and provide truthful, complete information and genuine documents. You consent to us submitting your application to the relevant official authority on your behalf. Submitting false information may result in rejection, account suspension, and legal liability.

3. Fees & payments

Fees consist of (a) the government fee payable to the issuing authority and (b) our service charge for assistance. Payments are collected through our payment gateway. A tax-compliant invoice and receipt are issued for every payment. Government fees are remitted to the relevant authority as applicable.

4. No guarantees

We do not guarantee approval, processing timelines, or outcomes of any application. The issuing authority makes all decisions. We will, however, use reasonable efforts to ensure your application is complete and correctly submitted.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, interfere with other users, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the service charges you paid for the affected application. We are not liable for delays, rejections, or losses caused by the issuing authority or by inaccurate information you provided.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.
