1. Information we collect

Account data — name, email, mobile number, login credentials (hashed), and OTP verification data.
Application data — details you enter into application forms (such as address, date of birth, Aadhaar/PAN where required).
Documents — files you upload for a service. These are encrypted at rest and stored only as long as needed.
Payment data — payment references and status. We never store card, UPI or bank details; they are processed by our payment gateway.
Usage data — IP address, browser and device information, and pages visited, for security and analytics.

2. How we use your information

To prepare, submit and track your application on official portals (only with your consent).
To process payments, issue invoices/receipts and manage refunds.
To send notifications about application status, payments and support tickets.
To prevent fraud, secure the platform and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data protection

Uploaded documents are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All traffic is served over TLS. Access to your data is restricted to authorized staff with audit-logged actions, and our team is bound by confidentiality obligations.

4. Sharing of information

We share your data only with (a) the official government authority processing your application, (b) our payment gateway to complete transactions, and (c) service providers who help us run the platform (email, storage, SMS) under strict data-processing agreements. We never sell your personal data.

5. Retention

We retain your data only as long as needed to provide services and comply with legal/accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time, subject to records we are legally required to keep.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for future processing by contacting us. Note that withdrawing consent for an in-progress application may prevent us from completing it.
