Government Service Portal is a private application-assistance and document-submission support service. We are not a government department, ministry, agency or statutory authority, and we do not issue, endorse, or approve any government document, licence, certificate or benefit.

All applications, forms and fees are ultimately governed by the respective official government portal or department (such as a state citizen-service portal, UIDAI, income tax department, RTO, passport office, etc.). Where our platform makes a submission on your behalf, the submission is made to the authorized official channel under your consent.

No guarantee of approval

We do not and cannot guarantee that any application will be approved, processed within a particular time, or that the information you provide will be accepted by the issuing authority. Approval decisions rest solely with the relevant government authority.

Service charges

Any service charge we levy is solely for our assistance, document verification, submission and support work. It is not a government fee. A detailed invoice and receipt is always issued for every charge. Our charges do not influence the outcome of any application.

Accuracy of information

You are responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of all information and documents you submit. Providing false information may lead to rejection of your application and legal consequences under applicable law. We may refuse assistance if information appears fraudulent or incomplete.
